Schism A Shifting Tail 008 - Churlish
We buy the ability to use magic on our {Self}, get some nice Mouse Shoes and Mouse Cloak action going, and two Lunches. Lucerne is pleased with our main character status, and suggests the possibility of exploring the school to make things better. Transformatively, of course. In any case, our first target lies within the library. CARTER. A Churlish sort who did not take to the end of the world well. We shall have to help him. Transformatively, of course.
Strange Civilizations will be next, along with Avery's character sheet. I'm getting settled in! That's a thing.

I...admit, I’m kinda wanting to play Good Cop for now, maybe pffor a bit of an Opportunity...
Because as much as I want teef, it honestly feels like I’m missing some important info - namely, WHY he needs to change. Is it a safety thing? Is it How Things Are? What? Right now it just feels like it’s for no reason, which...feels off, honestly. Avery doesn’t seem to be like some of your other characters that want to TF for the heck of it.
Due to this I’m holding on my magic vote for now. I’d like a bit more reason as to why, in-setting, we want him to be teefed. And who knows, maybe we can find out something he’d LIKE to become instead of a donkey (which is honestly an embarrassing TF). If it’ll help him be better then maybe giving him a bit of a gimme will be good... not to mention having some brawn on our side may be good (although not totally needed with <Self>).
Of course, if he tries to kill us we can Itemize or Transform (And TG)him, but...that’s a Specific Scenario and not my Actual Vote.
..,and wow I did all this from phone. Neat. Will need to check in on things more tomorrow ish late here nite.

Subtly Regress, it feels like the best combination of kindness and effectiveness, the guy's going through a lot that he doesn't know how to deal with. I believe he'd make for good gear, and he probably would like a nice, simple directive like that, but it feels like a waste to the community even if it would be a bit more helpful to us.
