Ms. Nashley has been spending a lot of time at the laboratory recently. So far she's undergone two treatments, one a basic Gender shift, which also caused a rather excessive case of weight gain, and then a second one which had been tampered with, shifting her into a heavily customised Imp like creature. We'd been trying to find ways to restore her, but it was proving difficult. Weight loss has always posed an issue with us, ever since Ms. Belle's first treatment. In addition, the second treatment Ms. Nashley underwent was only meant to be temporary, but it refused to fade from her. One of the major problems we faced was that we couldn't correct the initial treatment whilst the second one was still in effect. Dr. Summers in particular was really concerned with how Ms. Nashley was coping. She discussed the matter with Dr. Grey, to see if anything could be done. Dr. Grey explained that if they could lock her into a specific form, override the previous treatments, then they could be able to work with that as her base DNA and hopefully just adjust those changes. For this to work, any additional treatment would have to be permanent. It was also stated that the treatment wouldn't matter, and Dr. Masters suggested this as a chance to test an entirely different treatment (as it would be removed from her at a later date). The idea was put forth to Ms. Nashley. She would undergo one further permanent treatment, and from there the Doctors would be able to reverse engineer her back to normal. That was the plan, however.

With Ms. Nashley's consent, she was enrolled into the subjects program for permanent tests. It wasn't long before she was finally called up. Dr. Penny was the administrator, who was looking to further develop what her nanites were capable of. She was further testing to see if it was possible to shift someone into fictional characters and creatures, a request we received often. Ms. Nashley was injected, and it wasn't long before her body began to shift and change. It turns out, Dr. Penny had become rather obsessed with gaming in her weeks off, and the test creature she'd chosen was straight out of Mario. With inspiration from Bowser, Ms. Nashley's body shifted into a large, rounded Koopa Queen, complete with spiked shell and large curved horns. Dr. Penny seemed pleased with the result, looking up to the now huge Koopa. However, something was off. The once coy and bashful Ms. Nashley seemed pleased with the results. She seemed to be enjoying it. She even started to cackle. We currently have her locked in one of the labs whilst Dr. Penny runs some diagnostics. It appears that the Koopa DNA is messing with her brain slightly, introducing new chemicals. As a side effect, Ms. Nashley seems to have grown a somewhat tyrannical lust for power and destruction. Dr. Penny is currently trying to find a way to subdue her. Dr. Grey, on the other hand, has suggested calling a plumber.
