It's his OC Fang the Wolf wearing a surfing wetsuit for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. It consists of long open-fingered gloves, a black skirt with a white stripe going down the middle, and black pants. I also drew her barefoot with five toes on each foot along with claws on her toes and skin on her soles.
