I think the only thing holding this back for me is the eyes, the bigger the eyes gets, the more complex it gets in order to stay appealing. The eyes here are complex yet they’re small and are too human looking, it’s kind of uncanny for me. id probably make the eyes bigger. Or if you want to keep the small size, try making the eyes simpler like make the iris smaller.
