A mighty blue dragon who managed to establish herself, not just as having a horde or a great lair, but her own small queendom. Oceanscale rules a desert claim that includes several cities which send tributes to the crystal blue spire from which she rules, negating any need for her or her kin to hunt, only leaving to make a quick show of power, then returning to the lap of luxury and the army of servants who tend to them. Many challenge her rule, but they are quickly smacked down between her own power and the army she commands, making wars quick and decisive, only further vindicating that, in spite the effects of centuries of pampering, the queen of the desert still rules absolutely." ~nikolai60
