This is a gift to a new PCA member named  Ray-of-Sunshine aka Wu for short. This is his character, a Politoed named Lucas...which is good 'cause apparently Politoeds are rare in PCA as I have heard. I drew him 'cause I like Jazz and I also the way he's dressed. Aaaand since I can't draw trumpets for beans, I just drew his trumpet case. x3; Hope you like it. =3
