A holiday card design for a pair of good friends, commemorating their engagement and in the theme of the Twelve Days of Christmas.
Though...I'm not sure if a wolf and a fox can be trusted with all that poultry. ;]

This is absolutely beautiful. I don't mean that as a platitude, I truly do love this. I've known you were talented, but had no idea how classically skilled you are. I feel supremely stupid for not being able to remember any of my art classes, and thus am unable to name the style. I really wish you'd post more works like this here. Do you show your work in a gallery?
Ah yea 5 gold rings the symbol of digress with lust but uncertiany.
Upper Picture.
The brids included in the uppere part of the picture are all shown side on the power of the bird is sugeested as the perch on high ground but side on view shows thant they may be vain or highing the cermony below. Birds on branches (Espeically fat ones show a tree which is stable but yet big birds on small branches show the urge of unsafty or lose boundaires. The pear is the forggotten fruit it shows ripe teandacies but yet these pears are fulll ripened which shows me either everlasting love or never ending sorrow, as the pear can not fufil or grown anyomore showing the cycle being concluded which contradicts the cermony below.
Middle Picture
We will notice two birds facing us, hiding no truth, bet yet one is speaking to the other in secert away from other birds, this shows regret or possibly the end of a friendship, which ignites the cermony below as its a step aay from the friend-ship into a relationship. But birds in song tend to sing more descentful tunes it is hard to know.
Lower Picture
we have the union of two cultures one on the right *Brown Pawed*.
And we have the one on the left *White Pawed*
The glow around the hands shows me more than parnership but a never breaking bound as a circle had no side but 1, however gold the coulour of power show this relationship is healthy, or has just begun, the rings obivoulsy show the power of love on these two, But i notice the rings of unite bound *Ie like a halo* that signafies christianity or religion as a major theme or issue.
You could say its track crossing you will notice the white paw on top of the brown paw a signify of who powers the relationship, the white is taller and more open to vision of the trouble above while the brown is cloer to the array of branches and leaves that have fallen, to show lack of power.
My overall evaluation
Great picture Blotch hope that all makes sense.

I'm not so sure about the whole poultry aspect either! Those birdies better watch their tail feathers. I can't imagine the look on your friend's face when they saw this gem of a card. It is simply stunning and is bound to make anyone's day special. Have you ever thought about designing cards or commissioning holiday/greeting cards?
