Excellent work there. Had my share of unexpected expenses lately too - $560 for a dishwasher on top of expected auto insurance and car registration fees along with employer not paying me for 8 hours overtime for 2 weeks in a row.

Really? Not paying you the overtime owed? You bring this up with them?

Thats the one thing I don't miss about working at FedEx, once I was placed on salary, it was licensed to seriously pad my time on the clock. I went from 48-70 hours at hourly to 85-110 hours salary, worst was 127 hours in a single week.

I haven't had a dishwasher in over 35 years, I am the dishwasher!

Plus I got vehicle registration (Joint custody truck) due next month, the rates doubled thanks to a new county wide wheel tax. (Went from $79 to $179) and I have a $100 traffic ticket due in 2 weeks. I fear tomorrows expense to see whats causing my ECM light to come on and Check engine light to chronically tell the computer my Secondary force air pump yet again failed for the third time in less than a year.

Oh yes, I've brought it up. Others have had the same issue. Someone in the main office screws up and seems to only enter the standard 40 hours and doesn't put in the OT hours - for me that comes out to $19.50 an hour
My immediate boss is raising hell over it and I'm watching my accounts and the online pay and hr site like a hawk.
