Fabulously salmon.
So I thought of making Barutsu-Rusa, the balloon dragon head from Parade, into a proper character who presumably is not always just a head, some kind of trickster god type figure, so I got a rough starting concept. I thought this would be pretty easy to color because, you know, it's just the face. Turns out, nope, still took a long while to finish, mostly because the resolution is pretty big so there's still a lot of space to cover.

...but then if he's a balloon dragon that's not really vanilla is it?
