A blast from the past piece. This was done about 6 years ago. This is page 29 from my children's book Eyes in the Dark. It's Shadow and Dart after the "all's well" moment in the story. If I decide to get this book published, I will HAVE to redo all the illustrations because...this is really old! Anyhoo...page 29

I don't think you have to redo it... So what if its old? It looks adorable! Children would love it and I'll bet their parents would too, whether you revise it or not!
You could also just revise it a little - Maybe it'll be enough to add some shading? I really think it would be a waste of all the art you already did for it if you were to redo all of it!

You're so sweet! *huggles* But, I would really have to redraw this this. I can do better now and wouldn't want to show anything other than my best for these very special characters. They were the first that I really designed and developed So, it would be a labor of love to redo the images in this story.

If you put it like that, that makes sense... It's just that I always find it such a waste if artists get embarrassed of their old art while to the eyes of others it already looks fantastic.
Though I must admit I'm not immune to being embarrassed by my old stuff myself. ^^;

Aww, thank you Sweetie! *hugs* But, this artwork is very old and at this point, I KNOW I can do better. I would want to redo the drawings to make them, for one thing, more accurate and give a more wolf-like appearance. My wolf anatomy wasn't so strong back then. I made mistakes But, I'm more aware of them now, so I would want to redo the art and tweak the story a little
