Duneari passed away the other day.

We all go at some point, but his passing was too damn soon! I feel cheated of so many potential AntrhoCon memories with my friend, and it hurts. What times we did have together I will cherish, always.
Thank you for being such a good friend, you will be missed.
Because I am me, I have to mention something funny. Years ago we were chatting, and he was mentioning the health problem that ran in his family, and I had asked him what was up with that. To which he replied 'We were built by the lowest bidder'.
That still makes me chuckle.

We are all built by the lowest bidder and the warranties are a scam. May he rest in peace until he returns, I will light a candle for him as I do all who pass for now so that they can find their way home. Sweet dreams.

I'm sorry for your loss. I don't have any words at this point in time, it sucks losing someone you care about. The feeling is familiar to me, and I understand, but I'm not going to be so foolish as to assume I know what you're going through.

About 20 years ago, I lost a friend to a similar condition at the age of 35. he had two teenage daughters, one a freshman in college and the other a Junior in highschool. Among other issues he shared wit the men in his line, he was born without a spleen. A common cold took him out.

BIGGEST HUGS in the world to you. I know not much will cheer you up right now apart from the wonderful fun memories you have of your cherished friend. I know this doesn't mean much but now you have a guardian angel looking out for you. They may be gone from this plane but they will never leave your side. A part of them will always be with you and they are watching to make sure you are happy as well as safe. Take care and hold those fun memories tight as they will help you get through this loss.
I really feel hollow, I was trying to get Crypt in the comic as much as possible, I always tried to stay in contact as much as I could... ffs.. This sucks so much , I had spoken with him over pm about keeping crypt in the comic after her Cameo in this strip and he had mentioned how much he liked the idea.. I ... I'll do my best to keep her around and in the public eye :( I really wish I had more time to have spoken with him, it's very hard to fight back the tears.. *hugs*
