How do you get your lines so smooth, do you use paths and stuff?

Hahaha, well, I don't know what do you mean when you say paths, so I'm going to tell you what I do...
To do this kind of pics I firt draw it traditionaly, later I scan it and finally I ink it with photoshop. I don't use any special tool, I do it with the paintbrush.
