Seems like a new player arrived to Viridian City, and is mopping up the criminals from the streets lightning fast....unlike Diamondback and Stormfist, this vigilante prefers working solo, and is far more cruel towards his opponents. On many occasions, those who dared to cross paths with him ended up sent to hospital severely beaten, in some cases, even crippled. Despite his constant bickering with the aforementioned two superheroes, he occasionally shows up if they end up cornered and helps them out.

I almost wonder how he'd look in a powersuit version of this costume.
Great picture, I love his predator-waiting-for-pray pose and the outfit is nice, very modern and more handy than visually awesome.
But still, the best about it is his mask, it looks like Kamen Rider gone badass., the eyes and the teeth vent is great.
