You know, the weird thing about being a fat appreciator, is that sometimes being chubby or chunky or CHUNGUS is the best thing ever. You know that to some people, being plump and round, is the best thing ever. But... those intrusive thoughts- and you break out of that mindset. And see all your thickness as bad. Something to be self conscious about. And the shame is overpowering.

Being fat, in my opinion, is something to feel "okay" about. Take the steps to be strong, and healthier, of course. But not out of self loathing for your figure.

 Noitalfin and I are plump animals- and sometimes that's great. Sometimes- just need a good lil' cry about that :P
