Started working on a design for an OC I've named Kiuga who's based on a Samoan. He's a sea dragon shifter, and prefers to listen rather than be the one speaking. He has a tourist guide boyfriend at one of the island chains he visits in the Pacific, who's the complete opposite i.e. a complete and total extroverted ray of sunshine that he enjoys laying with and listening to when he's sunning his scales after a long swim.

Definitely still a wip, but I figured I'd share!
