Built by the same race that built Code, Binary was made in secret to fulfilled the Praxian Empire’s wishes. To erracte all life upon a world, converting all lifeforms and storing the souls of whom he devour to form into new bodies for his masters to inhabited. With the aid of Code and his friends, Binary’s programming was altered from being a cold heartless killer, to a machine with a heart, just like Code. Now Binary stays self isolated as best he can, trying not to harm others like he did in the past and using his vast knowledge of the Parxians stored in his database for good and to help others. Unlike Code, he can’t use every move, however, he can change his typing to every known Pokemon type, even Shadow, and has the ability to adapt to any new typing he would come across. His stomach, while having the same functions and storing abilities as Code, as can act as a healing tank for those who wish to use it... though it might take some convincing to pry open his lips.
