here's a ref of my character Jeff the raichu (who has the same name as i do which proves how crap i am at names XD) also a few details that isn't explain on here

He's the boyfriend to my other Raichu character Elysia

Sometimes wears red bands around his paws although breaks easily when he grows along with the light blue belt around his vest

weirdly enough the vest and head band actually grows with him, no one knows why it does that

likes growth but only wants to grow if nothing will be harmed

that's about all i can think of, maybe I'll think of some more, for now enjoy ^^
