That would be Professor Mauser Toboggan and hes upset that his student is sleeping as well as dreaming of his daddy's hard foot rather than paying attention HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Also thanks for the compliment for ref sheet man. Also that tiny one is Xavier being shrunk with his shrinking belt if you're curious with who he is.
