Just a quick sketch that I just had to get out of my head and onto paper. Originally based off the idea of the Chevy El Camino... I wanted to try something to crank the muscle truck niche to the next level... somehow I decided to a mid engine truck just to see what the insanity would look like.

In short: Is it a sports car.... is it a pickup truck? No, it's a Jackalope!! A midenegined monster that can haul azz at the track, and then haul the losers' azzes back home.

Engine: A mid mounted twin turboed, 5.3L aluminum v6 diesel engine rated to 490 Hp and 530 Ft-Lbs.
Powertrain: Six speed manual or six speed auto AWD
Payload: 2500 Lbs in bed or 7000 Lbs of trailer load.
Curb weight: 3985 Lbs
Top speed: 189 mph
0-60 Acceleration: 5.5sec

Additional features:
Removable spoiler- the spoiler can be undone by hand and remounted closer to the cab if the extra space is needed for certain items.
Removable hitch- in the event items have to be stored with the tailgate left down.
Extendable mirrors with built in back up cameras- the longer mirrors aid when the truck is hauling a trailer while the cameras serve as blind spot monitors in forward motion as well as back up cameras in reverse to compensate for the lack of rear visibility
