The Horn prototype (on the bottom) is made from the straight bits of a foam floral heart (find it at Joanns fabrics), that had been carved and smoothed out with Roma Plastilina Clay (the grey bit on the horn at the bottom). Then I constructed the sides of a small box, which I taped down to the Tray you see using Duct Tape, then poured UltraCal 30/water mix into it until halfway full. I put in the horn proto, which wanted to float, so I put a can on top to hod it halfway down. After it dried overnight, I then added some duct tape to the inside edges to give me a pry point, dremeled in some alignment holes, then slathered vegetable oil over the top of the still exposed horn, then mixed more ultracal 30 and filled up the remaining half of the box and let It dry overnight too. Today I removed the box, pried it apart, removed the horn, cut off the corner to expose the base of the horn. Volia!
