There's a common misconception about asexuality. The literal meaning of the name of the orientation is someone who does not feel sexual attraction towards anyone. That's basically it. Has nothing to do with not liking sex, being repulsed by sex, not ever feeling arousal, or anything remotely related to that. Sure, there's a lot of asexual individuals like that, and that's totally ok. However, that isn't what it means to be asexual.
So, before you say "But Alessa, you fuck constantly!!" and I do. Thing is, the plumbing still works, the hormones still work, and I still LOVE sex. However, I don't feel sexually attracted to any of my partners.
