Mise en Place
1 TSP salt
3 ounces AP Flour
1 ounce Rice flour
3/4 C ice water
1 C green onion julienned
1/4 C zucchini seeded and julienned
1/4 C bell pepper julienned
4 TBS veg oil
Method
1) Sift salt and flours and add water a little at a time until the consistency of thin pancake batter.
2) Add in vegetables and combine
3) Over medium high heat coat frying pan (about a 12") non stick with enough oil to THINLY cover
4) Cook evenly in two batches or on two pans, cook golden brown about 3 minutes, flip and cook on the other side about 2 minutes or until golden brown. These pancakes can be easily flipped in the pan by the a good flip in the air!
5) Cut each pancake into 6ths and serve witthhhhhhhhh
YANGYUM GANJANG

4 TBS soy sauce, natural only! look at the ingredients and unless there is anything but soybeans water and a preservative don't use it! NO COLORING! :3
1/4 C green onions minced
1 TBS toasted sesame seeds *place sesame seeds in the oven until brown and very fragrant or in a pan moving constantly over medium high until brown. DO NOT USE PRE TOASTED SEEDS! NO FLAVR
1/2 TBS kochakaru which is korean chili powder. It's hard to find unless you can get to a korean grocery store, but you can you any coarse grind chili powder from the spice aisle.
1/2 TSP black pepper fine

4 TBS soy sauce
2 TBS rice vinegar, seasoned or not is okay
2 TBS sesame oil *this is worth having in your house for Asian cooking
1 TBS toasted sesame seeds *see above*

NOW FOR DA MEATS!
Dwaeiji Galbi
Spicy Korean Pork Ribs
1 inch ginger root minced
1 garlic clove minced
1/4 C chile paste
2 TBS honey
2 TBS sugar
1 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS sesame oil
1/2 TSP black pepper fine
1.25# pork back ribs trimmed and cut into segments
Method
1) Preheat oven to 350F
2) Combine ginger garlic chile paste honey sugar soy sauce sesame oil black pepper. Marinade generously over meat and cover and refrigerate 2 hours or longer. IE DO THIS IN THE MORNING
3) Arrange ribs slightly overlapping in roasting pan cover with foil bake 1 hour or until tender, reserving roasting juices
4) When time to serve, grill for 5 to 6 minutes per side basting with juices.
NOW
We made it with a pork loin and we did everything but roasting it. We cut each thin into scallops and skewered a bamboo stick. We marinated the same and just grilled them.
