The final Brayne treasure..
Last of the things I made for
MichaelB303 back in the day.
A scythe pendant.
The blade is tempered steel, I believe the wood was Brazillian rosewood- a species now on the endangered list and no longer commercially available.
All hand carved.
All hand made.
Its one of Mike's treasures, and I have no doubt it will go to the grave with him.
As it should.

Perfectly legal to buy and sell.
Just can't cut down any new trees.
So whats lying around is the sole source available.
There might be a market for it, but since theres so many other woods that can be substituted, I wouldn't know if theres any market for this specific one.

This is truly a work of art. When I wore it around at cons I got a LOT of comments. I also grew very paranoid that I'd either lose it or someone would try to snatch it so I stopped wearing it and just put it away to admire. :D
But Steve's right. I might just amend my will to have it buried with me along with Fomoko. :D
