That thumbnail pic is highly misleading!

It's not at all unusual for artists to have the thumbnail focus in on just the face of the subject. Hardly what I'd call "misleading"

Now, if the thumbnail were a picture of a squirrel or something, you'd maybe have grounds for your accusation.
