For cell phones that can't block arbitrary incoming phone numbers (at least without paying a fee), this MIDI plays a solid minute of golden pristine silence.

Well, technically, it's a minute of middle-C piano notes played at 1 velocity in a channel set to 1 volume, to force MIDI devices (that would otherwise detect silence at either end) to play the entire sequence. But what lifeform can hear that? :3
