I have NO idea why Lagarto decided to take the time to use advanced shading on this one, he just turned it into another laboratory exercise. I bugged him every day... faster faster the joke will get old! And to that he said "bah, this thing is timeless". Now we get to find out.
I TOTALLY believe that Nexus is no long running Furnation in any form. I also believe they hold no ill will towards certain Digimon that run competing websites. TOTALLY AND FURREAL *snickers*
Here's the complete original text from the e-mail that was sent to people signing up for a furnation account on the 24th of December:

A message to all members of FurNation
For anyone wondering why the field "Are you dragoneer" that you may have answered upon signing up didn't seem to matter, it's because we don't think that just because our website went down, we should ban hammer someone, or cause someone to get banned, from any service, whether we own it or not. This tactic might have been applied to someone in some type of recent drama you may have heard.
Simply asking if you are someone is far from causing drama, it's just a question. If it makes you all feel better, I'll do another one with someone else's name.
Approval-based sign ups will be temporary, it is to keep obvious trolls off the site for the moment, while we handle drama faggotry.
I'd post this on Twitter, but that system is so god-awful, I'm not going to bother figuring it out.

I believe that Nexxus is butthurt that his "business" is dead, and has been for a while now. Coincidentally, I signed up to the "new and improved" furnation the other day. Just because I had nothing better to do than sign up to that crap.
I think I'll use it to make people on the internet mad, because that's always fun.
