Yog was flying above the forests near his mountain home, looking for some fun. He spotted a small hamlet in the valley, and made his way towards it. The amber dragon swooped into the village, hungry for a meal. Dragons were common in this area, so no one thought to fear him. The crisp fall air felt good on his hide, and the leaves matched his scales. Yog padded into a crowded inn. It seemed most of the village was there this evening. He pushed past the crowd, eventually made his way to the counter.
“How much food can you prepare in the next hour?” He asked. He knew that the answer was going to be not much, but he had a trick up his sleeve.
The dragon had the ability to control minds to some degree, just able to sway people's minds just enough to do his bidding. The innkeeper began to respond, but Yog spoke before the chubby bear was able to answer the question.
“EVERYONE,” the dragon announced, beginning to use his powers. “Tonight, I propose a contest. Who in this town can prepare the most extravagant meal by noon tomorrow?”
The drake’s power washed over the villagers, and they went from confusion to betting against each other over who would be able to win the dragon’s contest. Animals began to leave the inn, making their way to their homes to plan and prepare for noon tomorrow.
The russet drake turned to the innkeep and asked for all the food in the kitchen. The inkeep complied, calling for the cooks to bring out the rest of the stews and roasts and bread for the night, stacking the meal high for their new visitor. Yog surveyed his new hoard, deciding what to take first. His eyes settled on a whole roast duck, dripping with fat and perfectly crisp. Yog took the duck in his talons and swallowed the entire bird in one bite. He belched bluntly, then began to dig in to his feast. Piles of whole hogs and hams and huge cuts of beef and all sorts of other delicious juicy, fatty foods were slowly shrinking as the dragon devoured his first meal. Swallowing a talonful, the drake let out a deep belch.
He could feel the meats and breads beginning to digest, causing gas to build up in his gut. Soon, his feasting was disrupted by intermittent belches, and as the gas worked its way through his body, he began producing powerful flatulence. Having to pause between huge cuts of meat, he let gas out of both ends, deafeningly loud and pungent. He began to feel slightly full, and his meal was nearing its end. After his last mouthful of food, he burped loudly, continuing for several seconds. As this expulsion ended, he lifted his tail and leg to let free gas from his rear. The fart had a powerful stench, filling the inn with a green-brown haze. It went on for about 30 seconds, slowly fizzling out to spurts and fizzes.
Not feeling quite satisfied for the night, he called the innkeep, cooks, and remaining guests to gather around him. The drake was about three times their size, with a new belly as big as one of them. He used his powers to entice the villagers to line up before him, and happily be devoured into his maw. He ate the seven in the inn, and let out a long and deep belch. Yog was ready to retire for the night, his meal making him sleepy, and causing him to think of the feast ahead. He ascended the stairs, pushing his way through the too small door frames and hallways, and made his way to the biggest room in the inn. His stomach gurgled and growled as he lied down on the large bed, falling asleep still letting out small farts in his sleep.
Yog woke late in the morning, having digested his last meal, his stomach had shrunken slightly, and he had grown wider and softer in his sleep. He stretched, and as he yawned, he belched loudly.
