Character made using an online tool over a year ago, originally made by one of my friend for D&D style role-play which never happened so I took it
Jonathan Morsel aka "Mad Joe" is a Mad Scientist,
He was able to clone himself indefinitely in order to "help" him with his research on the "Biology" of dangerous species.
However his main goal is to experience literally everything that is possible.
Each clones can be genetically modified/engineered for the task needed, meaning their size, Gender, Species, Height, etc... can vary
The autonomy of the clones can be changed as well, be it super intelligent or completely brain dead,
It also means the "Free will" of each clones can be manipulated to his will.
Each Clones can be remotely controlled using an advanced military grade VR remote system effectively giving Joe full control and decide to "feel" each sense of the clones on demands
The real location of the original Mad Joe is completely unknown
it is theorized that he has transferred his consciousness to a powerful network of supercomputer in order to control his entire "network" counting a virtually infinite amount of clones effectively rendering him completely Immortal.
Some also suggested the world we live in is only a Simulation he has created. Meaning the laws of physics or even our own actions are merely an extension of his Will.
but it is uncertain for now.
Authorities have successfully arrested at least 56 of the clones but each one of them have died in various gruesome ways usually leaving no trace of the body shortly after being caught
Thousands are rumoured to have been fed to various animals/creatures around the known worlds
His victims were not only limited to his clones, Thousands of people and organization tried to stop him without success., All of which vanished.
Standing between him and his goal is a good way to ensure you'll disappear without a trace,
Mad Joe always gets what he wants.

The Character is free for everyone to use or recreate, etc...
