My own ^^ Makin' it up from my own noggin'; though I'm curious to try running one of the adventure paths one day.

They're pretty good! Though they do get stuck in a formula with one major tell. It doesn't make the stories bad or anything, but if someone starts metagaming and they know the tell, the players can start cutting whole chunks from the campaign.
