I see what you did there! That line was from Tiny Toon Adventures, the episode Buster and Babs go to Hawaii, when Plucky was the stewardess asking Buster what he wanted to eat on the flight, in which he took the dehydrated reconstituted carrot chips, and promptly ran to the crowded toilet!
