pretty pure gem. its about 2 inches in diameter!!!!! its cut in a rare hexagonal pattern to boot! imagine how expencive!

hm...it looks all right. the gem itself isnt the BEST quality, and the cut could have been done a bit better. it's still pretty to look at, and most of the common eyes that see it will definitly be amazed. good job

oohh thats why. cutting was much harder to do back then, i bet. its a superb find, though. what type of gem is it? it looks almost like green tourmaline or something, i cant really tell

most common that I have? well i own a couple diamonds, and their actually pretty common, considering how much some places charge for them :/ if i had to pick other than diamonds, though...I'd have to say my amythest is the most common gem i have thats cut.
