This is based on this fanfic written by TimmyTunerFan on Fan Fiction Dot Net "Prince Wednesday/Daniel Goes to the Potty (My Version)" https://www.fanfiction.net/s/131012.....tty-My-Version. The fanfic is based on the actual Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood episodes "Prince Wednesday Goes to the Potty/ Daniel Goes to the Potty," except the fanfic is a redo of the episode! This picture takes place in chapter 2. He said fanart is welcome and so I decided to do this.

And I drew and arranged the characters the way they were described in the fanfic. Daniel Tiger Jr. is at the furthest left urinal, his father, Daniel Striped Tiger/ Dad Tiger, is at the next urinal, King Friday XIII is at the third urinal, and his son, Prince Wednesday, is at the furthest right urinal.

Unlike in the actual DTN episode, Daniel Tiger and Prince Wednesday here are shown standing up to pee, something that didn't happen in the cartoon series (they were shown sitting on the toilet despite being male characters.) TimmyTurnerFan didn't like that and so he wrote the fanfic, and I agree with him on that! I mean he acknowledges that it was inappropriate to show in the cartoon and I kind of agree with that too, but it's nice to see them using the bathroom like this. It's also nice to include their fathers, that way there are adults in the picture going to the bathroom instead of just the kids! I like the idea of Daniel Striped Tiger and King Friday standing up to pee and using urinals just like real males!

I also think it was right to have Daniel Tiger at the side of his father and Prince Wednesday on the side of his father, it looks safer and more appropriate this way and serves as a protection for the boys. I'm sure though there will be days Daniel and Prince Wednesday will be using the bathroom directly alongside each other and without their fathers when they get older. Till then though, they should do this under the supervision of their fathers or a trusted adult, preferably a relative! I suppose Prince Tuesday, although he's not an adult yet, could supervise too, in fact he should if King Friday isn't there! Older siblings are obligated to watch, take care of, and protect their younger siblings!

I thought for sure I'd have to make the urinals at different heights but I was able to make them all the same size and the same level like I wanted to do anyway!

I recommend you read the fanfic yourself. Don't worry, there is nothing inappropriate mentioned in the fanfic. Not even the word "penis" or any euphemisms for that, is mentioned anywhere in that fanfic! I didn't want to use that word although it's not only not a bad word, but it is the right word and the most appropriate word to use, but I figured I should say that just to let you know and to hopefully rest you minds assured! But I wouldn't blame you if you still didn't read it, but I recommend it!
