As it turns out, I completely forgot about how I decided I would go about making this set of ash legion armor. You see, a while back, I had made an Ash Legion uniform with a special set of webgear for mounting things like armor, or specialist equipment. I designed this new set of armor with its own set of underclothes in mind (Clothes which were a lot less detailed than I'd have liked) and only just yesterday did I realize that I should have made the armor over the ash legion uniform I had already made, since it was supposed to be a modular implement. The modular aspect of the webgear turned out to be just as I had hoped, because the armor slipped on right over the uniform with minimal modification. Which is a relief, because this works a lot better. XD
