He's a rare subspecies of Lucario called the Douchecario. Douchecario are easily identified, mostly because they are huge fucking douchebags. Douchecario behavior includes general doucheyness, such as being a huge douchebag to everyone around them, and generally encouraging the spread of douchebaggery.

Douchcario often move in groups, as they feed on each other's doucheyness. A group of Douchecarios is called a douchefest or douchewad, and their primary mode of transportation is a douchecanoe. Only the doucheyest of Douchecarios are solitary, and actually feed on the douchebaggery they inflict upon others.

Surprisingly, the handling of actual douches is very rare, though they have been seen handling catheters to drain their massive bladders egos. It is generally accepted that most of them should probably carry douches, though, as they seem to have a buildup of sand in their vaginas.

But really, Alanzo is a melanistic Lucario, which sort of caught my interest. Since melanistic critters usually have their species' characteristic dark markings too (though they often look faded, and/or only show up in certain light), I tried the same thing on Alanzo here instead of making him solid black. I also tried to make sure to color his spikes in darker than your average Lukey's, though I don't think it shows that much.
