Another Bust, of another form...
This time, a Phoenix!
Um... I never did have a lot of forms until like, just this last year or so...
Then, all of a sudden, LunarKeys Decides he enjoys watching me squirm in joy as I pleasurably turn into various creatures of his choosing... >u <
Well now, One Ariohn Sylvrwolfe has taken to doing the same thing...
They apparently have Therianthropy... and after becoming friends with me,offered to gift me with it...!
Well, to be fair, He granted me... um... Lycanthropy...
But as it turns out... That's not the only were-blood in his veins... (And yes, I will eventually need to draw my werewolf form now, too... >u <;)
Odds are highly likely that he has other mixes of wereblood, too... which may or may not decide to manifest like this one did... Horse and Dragon, at least. @_ @
On the plus side... Ariohn is... a very sweet, intelligent individual, and has been more than kind about helping me acclimate to any forms that might manifest, be they accidental or deliberate. >u <;

Goodra, Flammie, Raichu, Phoenix, Lugia, Buggy...
I might have to just start calling myself a "shapeshifter" instead of a flammie, as my default form... Or Just "Amalgamation"...
...Or to be more crude... a "Form Slut" XD
Anyway... The wonderful thing about Keys and Ariohn both, are their forms always come with interesting stories
Whole worlds worth of lore to explore... It's a big reason why I end up slipping and falling into these forms in the first place!
Oh... and I'm not nearly as moody as I might look in that picture... Aquiline browlines make you look "dignified" at best, and "cranky" at worst. >u <
I still know so little about being a phoenix...
I do know that they sing hauntingly beautiful... and that their fire only burns things when they have a deliberate intent to do so... ;3
A few details that you can't see in the bust...
I have three long, slender fingers and a thumb on each hand, each capped with claws that are long enough to be considered talons, and yet have a feminine shape and a reasonable shortness that allow me solid manual dexterity.
Similarly, I have three toes on each foot, with an elongated arch, the Helux (Or rear toe, which most avians have one or more of) is nestled on the back of my heel... The talons are a bit more pronounced.
My tail is pretty standard avian fare... Basic Tailcone (The actual "meat" of the tail), with a long and sweeping span of tailfeathers. There are also two long, flexible pinions with "Eye" like hairs on the ends... Think a peacock tailfeather...
Though the hairs are a little bit longer and sweeping than a peacock feather.
Color will be standard phoenixian... coppers, fiery shades... Eyes are a blend of copper and gold in the same way hazel eyes are brown and blue/green in humans. Coppery skin for hands and feet, with subtle scales present.
Oh. And... I'm rather tall... at least ten to twelve feet... though I haven't had an opportunity to measure myself yet.
What *is* it with me ending up in forms that make me grow so much?
Well, to be fair, I've never seen a feral phoenix... they might be very large birdies...

Hee... yeah... um...
Apparently Keys and Ariohn both like larger than life sizes for their chosen forms...
I myself never was much of a macro OR micro nut... but again, being introduced into a new and strange way of looking at things was quite envigorating...
Anyone can attest to the fact that the world as a child seems completely different than the world of a fully grown adult, due to the size differences. Similarly, being these larger sizes forces me to think in terms of accessability and function that a normal person wouldn't...
I could definately see myself developing claustrophobia... Because if a room is too small, I run the risk of suddenly, spontaneously growing into something that is quite uncomfortably stuck with said room, with no big enough exit to squeeze out of... >. >;
It is quite a joy to take others flying with me, though... either in my arms, or on my back, if they're feeling confident about not falling off... ;3
