[collab] Familiar Faces
“Good morning, meatballs.” were the first words uttered by a half-red, half-blue dog-man, upon entering the expanse of an abstract space. The mutt with a flatcap, Shuraim, was the first to reply: “How is he?”
“He? Our little poindexter is stuck on the inside surface of a ginormous white zygote with nothing to do but wait and be pestered by a devilishly handsome tri-coloured marvel of science, technology and broken rubber.” Foley struck a pose.
“That’s not what I meant.”
“Well you should say what you mean, and mean what you say.”

>> Some of these guys have been with me for a very long time. One barely had any screen time, and one of them even got a full reboot. However, all four of them stood the test of time, crystallized their own identities/symbologies, and are pieces of my own psyche.
Soon, I shall have to let them go.
This space owl thing isn’t just some distraction or minor obsession. I’ve been testing the feather suit, going in and out of what I can remember of my interests before the fandom happened to me, and it’s here to stay. The owl-man even fits the “NightPhaser” moniker more than any of these guys, and yet ‘Adam’ contains each of them.
