I guess make sure you didn't click the SFW window box (why is that even there? lol)
and then if that's not the problem you can use the gallery previews right under the submission and hit the first one to the left of center (alternatively, hit the "<<newer button" for the last 2 in progression ). this one's almost my oldest submission on record though, I'd recommend going through the rest of my gallery.
