I love art deco, glad it's made a comeback in the 21st century as a design astectic [sp] look at most 21st century bulidings and you'll see we've stop doing glass & steal boxes and moved back into more art deco designs.
New York itself is looking more like it did a century before, less glass and steal more art deco.
