Billy was always a small boy and puberty seemed like it would never come and he'd be stuck with his fawn spots forever and never get his antlers. Well, it was late, but it finally happened and he did get those antlers and plenty of height to go with it. But Fate is a cruel mistress and for whatever reason his growth spurt also came with breasts (this is also a real thing by the way called gynecomastia, though I took some creative license with the size). Not only that, but his fawn spots stuck around which meant they were probably never going away.

Now, one might think that a boy suddenly growing boobs in their early teens would be horrible because children are monsters (we were all kids once). For Billy, it actually really improved his social life. For you see, previously Billy had been very much the wallflower at his school. After he got breasts however, he found himself the center of attention from a lot of the other boys who'd suggest he wear low cut tops and such. Though he knew it was the boobs getting him all the attention, he was just happy people were talking to him. He was teased sometimes, but eventually everyone got use it, though Billy's cute and sassy denials about having turned into a girl didn't do him any favors.

Wasn't really sure what to label his gender as. Functionally, he's trans, but he is a male and identifies as such, so herm and intersex also don't really work. I settled on herm though as he has boobs and a peen which means most people will think herm in that case.
