Very Pretty! It looks a lot more "painted" than your usual flat-neon style. Ithis adds deapth, but makes the piece seem more muted at the same time. In contrast to most of your gallery this one feels very "mature". I love what you've done with the tail!
It does have a lot going on in it colorwise, and though it shows off your skill in color selection and shading, it adds a lot of visual noise. While looking at it my eyes aren't sure about what point I should foucs on and jump from place to place in rapid succesion trying to take it all in.
All in all, a very beutiful peice.
