So this turned out much different than what I first had in mind. So let me explain what exactly this is.

This is Misty's hero form, a kimono with an open area around the legs to allow for more movement of the legs up front for running (and may or may not also be for looks). Misty's main ability is speed, slashing her blade around to get a clean cut on her opponents at inhuman speeds. In this form, her fair changes, growing longer, covering her right eye and having a variety of colors on the edge. This is to help hide her identity from potentially dangerous foes.

Misty acts much like that of a female ninja, hiding in her usual wear among common folk to blend in while gathering information from unsuspecting targets from right under their noses, and the enemy is never the wiser. When the time is right, she'll use a unique magic spell to change her form, instantly preparing for action. This is why her hero appearance changes her facial features if her cover is blown, her methods of getting information will be ineffective and suspicious targets will go for the kill, either figuratively, or literally.

So how did Misty get this power and how did she got tangled into crime fighting? Well, that's a whole other story ;)
