Story :
Derek was the best friend that I could’ve ever had while wrestling. He had a family who supported him and his wife just accepted me without a blink of an eye. Since I was financially in good condition, we often travel by the bus. Usually everybody was going to the same place anyway, so we rented out the bus on trips just so everyone could get proper rest.
The reptile tapped their notepad in curiosity, “Why you two though? You were both so opposite of each other. He came from a very poor, city family from the north. You had your Uncle and Aunt, rich as you said, from Texas. He tends to take chances in the ring, you don’t seem to, just… how?”
“I wish I knew” The old cat admitted, “But we clicked pretty well backstage to get ready for our match. Then we just kept it going and we went on to amazing careers!”
“It’s said y’alls first match, against each other, was the craziest.” The reptile says in interest.
“Haha, okay! Okay, story time : Derek and I wrestled were in Louisllama for the first time we wrestled. There was a recent event where a local panther gang was accused of some crime, and the crowd took their heat on Derek. Now, while we were doing our thing outside the ring, a fan spat in Derek’s face… So I took the professional exception and “accidentally” elbowed the fan. Just like that, I got all the heat. Derek was a fan-favorite and won the match. I miss those days.”
“Because you had more freedom in a match?” The reptilian inquired, to which the cougar shook his head, “No, because the fans weren’t snowflakes.”
