Hello! Had this little idea a while ago and has been wandering in my head since then. I thought about writing a short story from it, but I don't know if anyone would be interested in reading it... so for now I made this little piece. It does not convey the entire concept but I kinda like how it turned out. Hope you like it!

Silly witch, don't you know that instead of a cat cafe, we'd rather just have a catgirl cafe, so you should of just turned her into a nekomimi. Also, now you're going to have to hire ANOTHER maid to clean up the former maid's uniform and pick up her slack now. It's simply not a sound business model.
In short, turning your maids into cats, not smart business acumen. Turning your maids into catgirls though is basically printing money.

so does she turn them all into cats in the beginning of their shifts or does she just select half the staff at random to be turned into the cats for one half of the day then turn the other half into cats during the other half? Also, I ask this out of curiosity, what happens when she fires someone, does she just fire them and let them be on their way or does she do something special with fired employees?
