Yes, I'm mocking this tutorial with a crappy submission title.
It's not really a tutorial - just a peak into how I do my pixel art/drawing in MS Paint. I think.
To those who are confused at step two - There's another way to remove the black lines. Simply copy the entire drawing (Ctrl+C), clear the canvas, then make sure black is your secondary colour (By right clicking the black colour swatch) and that your primary colour is white (By left clicking the white colour swatch).
And I actually don't have photoshop - I manually do the text outline (final step) myself. But to make it simple for you, if you do have PhotoShop, simply right click the layer that holds the text, select blending options, and a window should pop up - giving you options for texture effects and such. Near the bottom is a tab named "Stroke". There you may enable the effect, and PhotoShop will automatically give it an outline.
I suggest that you mess around with the "Stroke" settings - you can achieve quite interesting effects (and even make a glow effect!)
To those interested in seeing the actual piece that I showed in steps here, you may look over there: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3183366/
