Got reeeeeally frustrated today. Took a half hour "time out" at a Tim Hortons, and drew this.

Actually, this was drawn about fifteen minutes after I finished storming around the house.
I've found that trying to draw while upset just makes me more upset. So I take a minute or two (or forty) to calm down, then draw something easy to stay calm.
A mug of tea and a warm croissant helps.
