Splendid timing! You all are just in time for the Fireworks Show! KA BOOOOM!
In all seriousness, I love the 4th of July. I always come because I wanna see the light show in the sky, film it, take pictures of it, all that stuff.
And eat at a lot of the food vendors and get my hands on some nice trinkets. Usually.
But all the pretty colors exploding in the sky are what inspires Dogryme's magical powers. I feel it very appropriate to draw him in front of such a light show. While he does like to act pragmatically most of the time, there is a bit of spectacle to his character as well.
In an era of peace, this is what he would be doing on important nights. In his heart, he just wants to celebrate. As Life was, is, and will to come.
Just, try to stay responsible out there. Just because you're out on the night to have fun doesn't mean you shouldn't stay safe. Other than that, make it a great night!
