Tell me, the stuff from 2003 looks much better than the stuff in 2004 (Compare the two Stitches (Better shading, straighter lines, smoother curves...)). Why is that?

cause my digital art was terrible and I was better with a pencil. Haha.

Is it just me, or does your digital art just now look as good as the stuff you did traditionally

well, those are honestly like the best two things I drew in all of high school. The first drawing I spent days on in class with instruction and help from my teacher. The second is an already existing character, so I didn't really need much artistic liberty with it. If you look close there's some anatomy issues with both drawings. I greatly improved my anatomy since then, I wish you could see some of my other stuff from way back, lol.

There probably are anatomy issues-- it's just kind of hard to spot them when the image is so small. Regardless though, the improvements you've made over the years are definitely visible here, and I'm quite proud. YOU GO, GRRLIO.

the legs/feet on the stitch are awful. the place where the ears come out of is awkward. the neck/wings on the dragon's pretty terrible as well, as are the belly scales, haha

Oh, I was talking more about the dragon than Stitch. The mistakes on Stitch are a lot more evident, hahah. But hey, at least you draw a lot better than that now. :>
