This character-dragon was first drawn back in 2013, but only recently had the opportunity to draw him a good reference. These dragons live on the planet DIONEYA, and are called Eptyphires. This specimen, represented in the reference name is Astarte. Belongs to the species"Neophire Eptyphire". This type of creatures is characterized by high speed and maneuverability. Moreover, they are able to accumulate in their wings heavenly electricity, and release it if necessary. In General, it is a small six-meter lightning dragon. Not very aggressive and fish-eating, they are quite dangerous due to the fact that they can hit a strong electric charge.
