So while this is shorter, I wanted to point out that now I'm trying to get better with shading. For a first attempt, I like that it seems better and how me and Huraz-Alaz have gotten older. Now on with the story.

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…
Star Wars
Chapter 53
Year Two
The second year of the Clone Wars has arrived. It has been a hard first one for the Republic, the clones, and Jedi, but now things will only get tougher from here on out. Although there are more battles for now, the more familiar ones are coming.
With these, along with new characters that will be fighting, Nicholas and Huraz-Alaz themselves have begun to go through changes as well. There are now a year older with the human being at age 16 and the Nelvaanian is at age 15. Not only have they’ve grown physically, their powers and abilities have increased.
Now they are preparing themselves for what is to come. Unaware they to, will take up a role to two others. And as the familiar battles get closer, these two Knights will be put to the test, once again…
Nicholas and Huraz-Alaz, now being a year older, had grown somewhat. Besides their hair being longer, the human had gotten taller and his muscles a bit more defined. While the hair for both wasn’t quite yet at the length for ponytails, they were close. For the female Jedi Knight, while she wasn’t going to grow much taller, her figure had begun to really flare and shape out. Huraz-Alaz was starting to look like a grown Nelvaanian female. Her beauty had only increased and while the two hadn’t said anything about loving the other, the two were still able to keep it hidden. Even if at certain points it was hard to not say anything. The Vulptex Shadow, Diana, Diamond, and Gen were all doing well to on the large battle cruiser their masters operated from. However, nothing was coming as of yet that showed the females and males who were mates were even close to having little ones yet. Even if it did happen, Nicholas and Huraz-Alaz would allow it to happen. For one thing it might be the will of the Force, and two it would help for documenting the information for the Archives.
In the meantime while still trying to remain professional and not worry too much about the one they loved, the Knights were still meditating and pondering on the call and feeling of taking their own apprentice. This feeling was increased even more after they heard about the Second Battle of Metalorn. During it A’Sharad Hett, whom Nicholas and Huraz-Alaz had met, with his apprentice repelled droid forces trying to retake the planet. Hearing how the two had fought brilliantly back to back, really spoke out to the human with glasses and Nelvaanian. Despite their young age for being Jedi Knights, the two figured that the Council might agree to allow them to have an apprentice, especially if The Force was guiding Nicholas and Huraz-Alaz to take one. But for now, the time for that wasn’t here.
Next up was the Mission to Delrian. In this one, Wat Tambor, who had been captured in an earlier battle was sprung out of prison by Separatist forces. Then came the Battle of Raquish. While Nicholas and Huraz-Alaz didn’t fight in that, they heard what happened during it. It was also around this time the Battle of Atraken finally came to an end. But the planet, thanks to all the fighting, was uninhabitable. The Action on Asturias resulted in a Separatist’s plot being foiled. Then came another victory for the Republic during the Battle of Cartao. Then came a Separatist victory during the Battle of Parein II 4 in which the Jedi who fought there was thought to be lost. But then came the Mission to Ord Cestus. While that was a success, Nicholas wished a little he had been a bit more of help. By this point he and Huraz-Alaz hadn’t seen any action and the male human was wanting a little of it. This was due to being stuck and bored.
The two Jedi then heard about the Sabotage of the Olanet Droid Factory. While that had been a success, the Mission to Kamino and how that went remand unknown. The same thing was for the Battle of Berchest and the Second Battle of Sluis Van. Then came the Mission to Fest and the Skirmish at Dinlo. After those was the Mission to the Corellian-Perlemian Intersection, and another mission, this one to the Chaykin Cluster. Then came the Battle of Skye with little information being known about that. Then came the Battle of Skor II. But then finally, Nicholas and Huraz-Alaz were called into action. “I’ve been waiting for this,” the human said to the Nelvaanian. “Hearing about others winning makes me want to feel like I’m doing something for the Jedi and Republic.”
“Well, let’s hope things go as smoothly as they can,” Huraz-Alaz commented. He smiled at her as they began to prepare for what was to come during this fight.
