Sugar and Indigo

Back on their journey around the world we find Sugar, her sister Moonlight and their companion John the panda in a big city. Moonlight was not known to be very adventurous most of the time but Sugar and John more than made up for that, which is why we find our somewhat young adventurers dragging a hesitant blue female dragon into a Karaoke bar that seemed to more awake than the rest of the city.

Once in the Karaoke bar their senses were overwhelmed by all the lights and noise in the small building. It took a bit for them to get used to it and when they did Moonlight split away from her sister and John to get a bit of liquid courage in her system. Sugar shrugged and left her sister to her own devices but made sure to keep an eye on her incase she got any unwanted attention. A few times since stepping into the bar Sugar had felt eyes on her as if someone was watching her but let it go because as a princess of her kingdom she was used to getting looks but as the feeling kept passing over her she couldn’t ignore it and got distracted. During her moment of inattention John decided to sign them up for a spot in the live karaoke up on the center stage. Sugar was a bit mad at that because she hadn’t decided whether she wanted to participate in the singing or not and the choice had been taken from her but she did take note of how often John asserted his dominance over her in public. In the end she decided she might as well because she didn’t think her voice was half bad (anyone who heard her sing would readily agree) and the few beers in her system might have influenced her a bit. When John went up on stage to sing his song Sugar got side tracked again by the feeling of eyes on her. She looked around and that’s when she finally noticed a tall figure in a hoodie with large purple wings quickly turn away and leave out the front door. Curiosity and a need for answers got the best of her. She looked around to make sure Moonlight was still safe and that John was preoccupied on stage before slipping out after the lone figure. Once outside she looks around only to see an empty street. Closing her eyes and taking a deep breath she expands her senses and raises a finger…. “eeny meeny miny moe…” (we can all admit it’s a very scientific proven fact the best way to pick a direction XD) Her otherworldly methods point her right and she starts walking. A few steps ahead she hears shuffling in a side alley way and decides to check it out. There stands her mystery man in black leaning against the outside of the karaoke bar. Looking at him she decides not to bombard him with questions. He gave off this feeling like she needed to protect him, the same feeling Moonlight gave off. After some casual conversation she finally gained his trust and earned his name. (HAZZAH!! Victory for valhalla…. No but close lol) Turned out his name was Indigo and he had been stealing glances because he was too nervous to approach her.

By the end of the night (early as f**k in city terms) Sugar and Indigo were hitting it off amazingly, John and Moonlight were drunk and everyone was pretty dead on their feet. Indigo offered to help Sugar drag her drunk and half unconscious companions back to the hotel they were staying at. After putting Moonlight and John to bed Sugar and Indigo exchange numbers and keep in touch while she is in the city. (Not going to get your hopes up guys…..he joins them but no fun times for a long while DX)
